Create Events from Photos with Quick Add with AI
WeekCal's Quick Add with AI now lets you create events by taking a picture or importing an existing image. In addition to typing or speaking your event details, you can simply share an image containing event information, and AI will extract relevant details such as the event name, date, and time.
How It Works
- Open the event creation page and tap the Camera icon.
- Choose how you want to add an image:
- Take a Picture: Tap the large circle to capture a photo.
- Cancel: Tap Cancel to return to the Add Event page.
- Import: Tap Import to open your camera roll. You'll need to grant photo library access if you haven't already.
- Once you take or select a picture, Apple Intelligence analyzes it for event-related information.
- If relevant details are found, such as the event title, date, and time, they're automatically added to the corresponding event fields.
- Review the extracted information and make any necessary adjustments before saving your event.
