If your Google Calendar account is added to your iPhone or iPad and selected as your default calendar, any events you create in WeekCal will automatically sync with Google Calendar.
Since WeekCal uses Apple Calendar data, your Google account must first be connected through your device settings.
How to Add Google Calendar to Your Device

Open the Settings app
Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad. -
Go to Apps
Scroll down and tap Apps. -
Open Calendar settings
Select Calendar. -
Open Calendar Accounts
Tap Calendar Accounts. -
Tap Add Account
Select Add Account. -
Choose Google
Tap Google from the list of account providers. -
Sign in to your Google Account
Enter your Google email address and password, then follow the on-screen instructions. -
Enable Calendar sync
Make sure the Calendars toggle is enabled for the Google account.
Once added, your Google Calendar will automatically become available in Apple Calendar and WeekCal.

Tap Settings

Select Calendar Preferences
Tap Calendar Preferences. -
Open New Event Defaults

Choose Default Calendar
Under Default Calendar, select your Google Calendar.

Important Information
- WeekCal syncs calendar data through Apple Calendar.
- Events created in WeekCal will sync to Google Calendar only if the Google account is properly connected to the device.
- Syncing may not always happen instantly and can take a few moments depending on your internet connection.
