WeekCal (iOS) - Event Attachments

WeekCal allows you to attach photos and files directly to your events, making it easy to keep important documents, images, and reference materials connected to your schedule.

Attachment Features

With Event Attachments, you can:

• Add photos from your iPhone.
• Add files from the Files app.
• Attach supported file types such as .txt, .pdf, and .mp3.
• Remove attachments from an event at any time.
• Edit existing events to add additional files or photos later.

How to Add Attachments to an Event

1. Open WeekCal
   Launch the WeekCal app on your iPhone.
2. Create or edit an event
   Tap the + button to create a new event, or open an existing event for editing.
3. Find Add Attachment
   Scroll down within the event details screen and tap Add Attachment.
4. Choose an attachment source
   Select either:
   • Files – Add documents from the Files app.
   • Photos – Add images from your photo library.
5. Select your file or photo
   Choose the item you want to attach.
6. Save the event
   Tap Done or Save to keep the attachment with your event.

How to Add More Attachments to an Existing Event

1. Tap the Info icon
2. Edit the event
3. Scroll down and tap Add Attachment.
4. Choose Files or Photos
5. Save the event

How to Remove an Attachment

1. Tap the Info icon
2. Edit the event
3. Scroll to the Attachments section
4. Tap the Remove option next to the attachment.
5. Save your changes
