WeekCal - Creating an Event

1. Tap the Add button in the toolbar at the bottom of the screen

2. Fill in the details of the event:

  1. Add an Icon or Emoji
  2. Title - Name the event
  3. Tap the Template button to create the event from a Template
  4. Fill in the Location of the event
  5. Alternatively, tap the Map icon to set the location using the Maps app
  6. Tap the Invitees row to send email invites to the event
  7. Slide the All-day slider to the right to create an event that lasts all-day
  8. If an All-day event was not chosen, set the Start date & time and the End date & time.
  9. Alternatively, set the Start time and choose one of the duration buttons to fill in the End date & time automatically
  10. Set when to send the First Alert
  11. Set a Custom Color for the event
  12. Add the event to a specific Calendar
  13. Select how often the event Repeats
  14. Select your own Availability after creating the event. 
  15. Add a URL
  16. Add Notes
  17. Add Contacts
  18. Tap Done to Finish

2. Title - Name the event
3. Tap the Template button to create the event from a Template
4. Fill in the Location of the event

5. Alternatively, tap the Map icon to set the location using the Maps app
6. Tap the Invitees row to send email invites to the event
7. Slide the All-day slider to the right to create an event that lasts all-day
