WeekCal - Creating an Event – Week Calendar

1. Tap the Add button in the toolbar at the bottom of the screen

2. Fill in the details of the event:

Add an Icon or Emoji
Title - Name the event
Tap the Template button to create the event from a Template
Fill in the Location of the event
Alternatively, tap the Map icon to set the location using the Maps app
Tap the Invitees row to send email invites to the event
Slide the All-day slider to the right to create an event that lasts all-day
If an All-day event was not chosen, set the Start date & time and the End date & time.
Alternatively, set the Start time and choose one of the duration buttons to fill in the End date & time automatically
Set when to send the First Alert
Set a Custom Color for the event
Add the event to a specific Calendar
Select how often the event Repeats
Select your own Availability after creating the event.
Add a URL
Add Notes
Add Contacts
Tap Done to Finish
