What is Insights?
Get ready for our latest feature, Insights, designed to give you a clearer picture of how you’ve been spending your time. Insights provides a helpful summary based on your calendar events, breaking down your schedule into categories so you can easily spot patterns and see where your time goes.
Insights is a Premium feature, but non-subscribed users can still preview it with limited access.
Access Details
Non-subscribed users can access Insights once per day.
If a non-subscriber tries to view other date ranges (such as next week or other periods), those views will be locked unless they subscribe.
Subscribed users have unlimited access to Insights and can view any date range at any time.
With Insights, you get a clearer view of how your time is spent and better awareness of your scheduling
How to Access Insights
Open WeekCal
Launch the WeekCal app on your iOS device.Open Views
Tap Views in the app navigation.Select Insights
Choose Insights to see a summary of how your time was spent.

Want to tweak how things are grouped?
You can easily reorganize your categories by heading to Views > Insights > Edit Categories. From there, you can adjust and manage your categories so they reflect your schedule the way you want.
With Insights in WeekCal, you gain a clearer picture of your time, making it easier to plan smarter and stay in control of your schedule.
