How to Share WeekCal Pro with Your Family - Using Apple’s Family Sharing
Family Sharing by Apple allows you to share your favorite apps, including WeekCal Pro, with up to five family members. This feature ensures that every family member can access the shared content while maintaining personalized experiences and privacy.
Setting Up Family Sharing
Initiate Family Sharing:
The family organizer should start by setting up Family Sharing on their device. This can be done by going to Settings, tapping your name, and then selecting Family Sharing.
Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your family and invite your family members.
Share Subscriptions and Purchases:
Once Family Sharing is set up, you can share your WeekCal subscription.
All new subscription purchases are automatically available to all family members under the Purchase Sharing feature.
Manage Individual and Family Subscriptions:
Only a WeekCal Pro subscription can be shared with your family members.
Ensure that the 'Share with Family' option is enabled for WeekCal Pro. This can be done by going to your device's Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions > WeekCal Pro > 'Share with Family' toggled ON.
Managing Purchases and Payments:
The family organizer’s account is usually billed for all shared subscriptions and purchases. However, purchase sharing can be turned off if the organizer does not wish to pay for family members' purchases and subscriptions.
Family Members should automatically see shared WeekCal Pro features in their app. If they don't, restarting the app or their device may help.
