How Do I Get Priority Support?
To subscribe to Priority Support:
- Tap the Gear symbol in the upper-right corner of the screen to access the Settings menu.
- Select Contact Support.
- A popup will appear offering the Priority Support subscription.
- Follow the prompts to complete your subscription.
Note: Priority Support does not guarantee specific response times but ensures your ticket will be handled as soon as possible.
Priority Support is also a feature included in our Elite Subscription. You will not see the Priority Support pop-up if you have this subscription. You already have this feature.
