WeekCal lets you set rules to automatically add Icons or Emojis to your events as you create them.
- Tap the Gear Icon in the upper-right corner of the screen to open Settings.
- Tap on Automation in the list.
- Tap on Auto Icons in the list.
- Tap the green Add rule button.
- Set the Auto Icon parameters:
A. When - Choose which field must contain the trigger:

- Title
- Location
- Notes
- Availability
- Organizer
- Attendees
- Event

B. Contains - Type the text that the app will search for in the When field.
C. Set Icon To - Choose an Icon or Emoji to display in the icon slot for each new event that contains the trigger text.
D. Tap Done to finish.
