Flexible ways to share and save your schedule
You can email your calendar, print it in different formats, or export it for use in other apps. Each option gives you control over how your events are shared or displayed.
How to open the Share & Print menu
Tap Tools.
Select Share & Print.
HINT: If you do not see the Share & Print option, you might have an event selected. Tap outside the event to deselect it, then try again. |
1. Email
Sends your calendar events using your default email app.
Events are attached so recipients can view or add them to their own calendar.
Ideal for quickly sharing your schedule with others.
2. Print – List View
Print your events as a structured list with full control over the output.
Printer – Choose which printer to use.
Copies – Select how many copies you want to print.
Range – Define the date range or pages to include.
Paper Size – Choose the paper size, such as Letter or A4.
Orientation – Select Portrait or Landscape layout.
Scaling – Adjust how the content fits on the page.
Layout – Control spacing and formatting of the event list.
This view is best for clean, text-focused printouts.
3. Print – Current Calendar View
Print exactly what is visible on your calendar screen.
Printer – Select the printer.
Copies – Choose the number of copies.
Paper Size – Set the paper size for the printout.
Layout – Adjust the orientation to best fit the current view.
This option is useful for printing day, week, or month views as shown.
4. Export
Export your calendar events to a file.
Choose the time range you want to include.
Use the exported file in other calendar apps or keep it as a backup.
