The Share & Print option in the Tools menu lets you share or print events or even entire calendars quickly and easily.
How to access the Share & Print menu
- With no events selected, tap the
(Tools) button in the Tool Bar at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap Share & Print in the pop-up menu.
Options in the Share & Print menu
1. Email
Tapping the Email option opens the default email app and attaches an .ics file of all events in the selected time period to the email.

2. Print
Available print options:
- Printer - Select the printer to be used.
- Copies - Choose the number of copies to print.
- Range - Choose how many pages to print from the available range.
- Paper Size - Choose the paper size.
- Orientation - Choose the orientation of the print.
- Page Thumbnails - Select pages to print by checking/unchecking the thumbnails.
- Print - Tap to send the print command to the printer.
3. Export
Export Options:
Date Range to Export:
Start - Select the range start date.
End - Select the range end date.
Type - Select the type:

- ICS File - Calendar events format
- CSV File - Comma Separated Values
- Excel File - Excel format
- XML File - General data format
Export - Once the options are set, tap Export to finish.
