Restoring Purchases in WeekCal
If you have previously purchased a subscription to WeekCal but are now having trouble accessing the features you paid for, you may need to restore your purchase.
- Make sure you are logged in with the same Apple ID that was used to purchase your WeekCal subscription. If you are not sure which email address was used, check your purchase history in the App Store.
- Tap the "Restore" button at the bottom of the screen.
- Close WeekCal and then reopen it. This should allow the app to recognize that you have restored your purchase and activate the features you paid for.
- If the above steps do not restore your purchase, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Before doing so, make sure any important data in WeekCal is backed up or synced to the cloud. After reinstalling WeekCal, follow steps 1-3 to restore your purchase.
